Okay, well, even though is a real person, I'm going off of the HBO show Bored to Death. Now that we've got that out of the way...
Jonathan is a non-licensed private detective. He advertises on Craigslist and actually gets quite a few cases. He drinks too much, though he's gone to only drinking white wine for the most part.
